Courses and workshops

Sara Munari - I attended one of her lessons. She introduced me to street photography. She’s talented and funny as well. It’s a pleasure to follow Sara.
Alex Liverani - I attended one of his courses and speeches at the Italian Street Photography festival that Alex contributed to organize. Alex introduced me to new books and photographers as well as some new techniques like the use of flash (that he likes!) and building a portfolio.

I am inspired by..

Fan Ho (1931-2016) - One of the most influential photographers in Asia. I love his use of light and black and white, the way he frames people into the surrounding environment, the rigorous composition technique. One of the best books I own is “The Living Theatre” (see below)

Alex Webb - I love the way he uses color and composition. Some of his pictures amazed me considering the amount of people he fits into the frame keeping it short of chaos! Webb is really able to deal with greater visual complexity. I own and love his book “The Suffering of Light” (see below).

Nick Turpin - His work “On the night bus” is really amazing. Nick Turpin has captured painterly portraits of London commuters on buses at night.
